Clunie Water
The Bridge over the Clunie Water in Braemar is an iconic structure in the area. It was originally built in the late nineteenth century and has been a part of the local landscape ever since. The bridge is made of stone and is located on the north bank of the Clunie Water, with the River Dee flowing underneath. It is a single span structure, with three large arches and two smaller ones. The stone is grey in colour, and the arches are a very attractive feature of the bridge.
