Lower City Mills

Lower City Mills

Home to Perth and Kinross Heritage Trust, look behind the scenes into this water-driven mill. The mill, which once procesed oat and barley, was in use from at least 1715 until the decline of provincial milling in the 1960s. It houses rare working machinery and the largest working waterwheel in Scotland.
