Kelvingrove Park is a popular public park in the west end of Glasgow. Kelvingrove Park is a public park located in the West End of the city of Glasgow containing the famous Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum. Straddling the River Kelvin, the park is overlooked by the University of Glasgow. As well as having hosted many significant events over the years, such as the 1901 International Exhibition and the 1911 Scottish Exhibition, it is known as a home for local bird life.
