Craigievar Castle is a 17th Century Scottish Baronial castle located near the village of Alford in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. The castle was built between 1626 and 1629 by William Forbes, 7th Lord of Pitsligo, and was home to the Forbes family for nearly 350 years.
