Kilchrenan is a small village in Argyll, Scotland. It is located on the banks of the River Orchy, and is part of the wider area known as the Argyll Forest Park. It offers stunning views of the surrounding area, with its rolling hills and lakes. Kilchrenan is home to many historical sites, including Kilchrenan Castle, which dates back to the 16th century. It was once the home of the Campbells of Kilchrenan, a powerful family who were important figures in the history of Scotland. The castle is now open to visitors and the grounds are filled with beautiful gardens.
